Meal Plans

What Meal Plans do you offer?

We offer a variety of meal plans to meet your on campus dining needs. Check out our Meal Plan page for a full list of offerings.

What type of Meal Plan is recommended?

We have a variety of meal plans to meet your needs! Depending on your class year, where you live, and how much you are on campus, our recommendations may vary. Be sure to use our filter and sort functions to help choose your plan. If you still need help choosing a plan, give us a call at 360-867-6282 or email us fooddir@evergreen.edu

How can I purchase a Meal Plan?

You can purchase your meal plan by clicking here, or by visiting us on campus at The Greenery in the CAB. If you are a student, living on-campus and required to purchase a meal plan, you must do so through the housing (Residential and Dining Services) office located in Res. Hall A.

Are Meal Plans required?

All students that are living on-campus, with 40 credits or less are required to purchase a meal plan. Meal plans are purchased through housing (Residential and Dining Services) and will be added to your housing costs. For students living off-campus or in the on-campus apartments a meal plan purchase is not required, many students take advantage of the convenience and value a meal plan has to offer.

What is Declining Balance?

Declining Balance dollars are accepted as payment at all on campus restaurants. They are loaded right on your Student ID card, so there is no need to carry around cash or another card! There is no minimum balance, over draft fees, or hassles! And you never pay sales tax when using DB!

How do I get Declining Balance?

Declining Balance can be purchased by clicking here, or by visiting us on campus at The Greenery in the CAB.

What if I want to change my Meal Plan?

If you purchased a Meal Plan through housing (RAD), Meal Plan change requests must be submitted to the RAD Office before the end of the first week, each quarter. For questions, give us a call at 360-867-6281.

How do I get into the dining locations once I have purchased my Meal Plan?

Within 24 hours, your Student ID card will be activated with your meal plan. Present your card to the cashier in the dining hall, and you are all set!

Can I carry meals over to the next semester?

If you purchased a meal plan through RAD or a Voluntary 1 or 2 plan, all meals expire at the end of the quarter. If you purchased a Faculty/Staff Plan or Voluntary Plans 3-9, your unused meals and DB will roll-over each quarter.

Can I treat a friend to a meal?

To keep discounts as high as possible, meals are reserved for the meal plan holder only. However, you can always treat a friend using Declining Balance dollars or with a guest pass. All Voluntary and Faculty/Staff plans allow the customer to treat a friend to meals.

What do I do when my Declining Balance gets low?

You can reload your Declining Balance at any time! Declining Balance can be purchased by clicking here, or by visiting us on campus at The Greenery in the CAB.

Where is the Meal Plan Office Located?

The Greenery office is located on the 1st floor of the College Activities Building. The housing (RAD) office is located in Residence Hall A, Room 301.

Why do I have to create an account in order to check out?

For you, and us, to be able to best track orders, and to be able to contact you in case of a question regarding your order we ask that you create a CampusDish account.

How do I create an account?

Click the "Login" button, and then on the login page click the "create a new account" link.

How do I use the Menu?

We have utilities designed to help your health. Use the Meal Calculator Box to quickly relate the nutritional information of two or more items. The Meal Calculator can populate the nutritional value of your meal. Use our quick nutritional icons to identify food with special preparation or contents at a glance.

Why are my products split into separate orders and why does this happen?

Two or more of the items in your cart are restricted by product type or payment method. In order to process the transaction, the items in your cart must be processed separately.
