Welcome to the Greenery. Here, you can sit with your friends and enjoy all-you-care-to-eat meals for one price. 2023-24 Meal Prices: Breakfast $11.32, Lunch $12.75, Dinner $14.53 (Washington State Sales tax is added for credit card sales). You will find a wide range of fresh foods, including vegan, vegetarian, and made-without-gluten options. Local foods are priority here – you’ll even find fresh greens and herbs from The Greenery Microfarm located near the salad bar.

Fair trade coffee is standard as is trayless dining.

Don’t have time to sit? You can take your meal to go by purchasing one of our reusable containers.

We know our customers have special dietary needs and we want them to be confident they can find a safe place to eat. Beyond that, they deserve great food that is fresh, seasonal, and delicious. In fact, as many students adopt a more “flexitarian” approach to eating, vegetarian/vegan cuisine is becoming a much more mainstream demand.

Have a special need? Our chefs are always happy to work with students to design a menu that will work with their needs. Choices and variety are where it’s at.

Menu Highlights

Coolfood Meal – Low Carbon Certified
Certified climate-friendly by the World Resources Institute. They have a low impact on the climate, making them a delicious way to help the planet.
Eat Well
Lower in calories, saturated fat, and sodium AND at least one full serving of nutritionally dense ingredients like vegetables, lean protein, whole grains or fresh greens.
Vegetarian
Contains no meat, fish, or poultry.
Vegan
Contains no animal products of any kind.
Made Without Gluten
Selections made with ingredients that do not contain gluten. IMPORTANT: Foods prepared without gluten containing ingredients may not be ‘gluten-free’ since recipes are prepared in open kitchens where cross-contact is possible. Aramark relies on its manufacturers’ ingredient listings in determining whether an ingredient contains gluten.
Plant Forward
A style of cooking and eating emphasizing healthy plants at the center of the plate. May contain a proportionally small quantity of animal protein.
